I’ve started doing this (trying to do this) but my success rate has been much lower! I love having 3 hours to do all of the same things you’re talking about, mainly just having time to myself to workout, read the news and have a proper breakfast.

The biggest thing that helps me get out of bed at 6.00 am is going to bed early enough. I am someone that needs lots of sleep, so if I don’t go to bed at a reasonable time it just doesn’t work!
