i really look forward to project chicaGO’s weekly installments, and i’m definitely addicted to these posts!

this is a short & sweet interview that hopes to entice the audience to the restaurant, AND is filled with insider knowledge about the subject at hand. you do a fantastic job of setting up the narrative, which leads seamlessly into the interview. you hit all the important points, reveal something we didn’t know about the industry/culture, and it’s a quick read that doesn’t drag on (like many restaurant interviews.)

i’m really digging the consistency of your project’s layout (big image, intro, text, images etc.etc.) which legitimizes you as a cultural writer and expert. my only problem is, i feel like this is missing something?! i can’t really put my finger on it, but will let you know when i figure it out.

your voice is heard, you’re informative, and we get a clear picture of the topic at hand. job well done!
