This is so true Helen, I used to weigh myself religiously and force myself to do cardio workouts all the time because I was so scared I’d gain weight. But in the last few months I’ve started taking up new exercise classes (like boxing and bootcamps) and I’ve fallen in love with exercise again! Plus, I’ve started looking at my life as a healthy lifestyle rather than a diet!

Great post, we all need to let go!
