At its root, miscommunication and misapplication of language, specifically the written or the verbal word, is miscommunication or misapplication of an idea. Such an idea cannot be constructed in the exact same way again, because of the circumstances surrounding the communication: the intent, the broader context, and the meaning differ according to the timing, the individual sending the communication, and the individual receiving the communication.

At the same time, language is an expression of one’s personality, beliefs, values, ideas, norms and plans. Why constrict its individuality? Limiting the potential of a languages structure to change also limits to some extent the individual commmunicating. This is why language is so inherently cultural, because it circumnavigates the psychology of a soxiety — any soxiety.
