Can Cuban Medicine Help Solve American Inequality?
Sam Loewenberg

As one of your responders notes, the Cuban system wouldn’t transfer easily to the US, as is. But it would be a great enhancement to American care, particularly to the underserved, including the poor everywhere.

Personally, I miss personal interaction with my primary. I had an exam a few weeks ago and she did nothing but look in my ears and review the lab results from the past couple of years. I was amazed that this passed for a complete physical. Glad to say my specialists, all of whom are older, are much more hands on, but I fear personal interaction is fast disappearing.
