I always start the User Research with a Mind Map. I find it the best way to organise and visualise the objective of the Case Study. I always come back to this visual briefing to make sure I didn’t drift from the main plan.
I realised many companies are transitioning into mobile platform syncing all their in-store features. I analysed their strong points and their weak points.
Next, I continued to do Surveys & Interviews to Empathise with the user. The main purpose of the Affinity Map is to identify user’s pain points and think of possible solutions through “How might we…”…
This is an Interface Design exercise for a trip app.
