BARE YOUR EMOTIONS; Feel Like God Feels

Our emotions are the very core expressions of our soul. The state of our soul is made known via our emotions. Our emotions give voice to our soul.
Happy, sad, joyful, excited, ecstatic, depressed, down trodden; all are expressions of our soul-ish being.
Some emotions run so deep, we practically feel it in our hearts. Some pain so deep our heart practically bears the weight physically.
Whatever the state of your soul, would you dare to bare it today, don’t cover it up. Do not allow it to control and consume you. Giving them the power they could ruin a beautiful life, yours and others connected to you.
He shared so much love with you, then upped and left without as much as a sorry or goodbye? Dare to bare it to Jesus.
Judas broke Jesus’s heart, even though he was just as loved as the other disciples in the lord’s closest circle of friends. He stabbed his friend’s heart, betraying him to death with a kiss.
Probably in another story, your family member promised you a job on graduation, they even geared you to spend the money you didn’t really have to earn a master’s degree. Another one is like even if a job doesn’t show up ‘I will raise you capital for that business you spoke to me about’, but all of a sudden they no longer pick up your incessant calls. You have given up, but not without a hole in your heart filled with hate.
Dare to bare that anger, hurt, hate, disappointment to Jesus.

Yes he cares!
Yes he heals such too! He won’t leave your heart bleeding because he already has bled for you and knows exactly how it feels to be in any form of pain.
If you need to cry, lash out, rant, sorrow a while; pick up a chair, invite him to sit and let it all out. Or take whatever position suits you. Yes, He hears!
I remember once, when I was having serious issue with an ex boss and sibling to my landlord. It was so bad the police was involved, I was a mixture of emotions. On one of those days, I was overwhelmed by fear and sadness so much so I took a place in the corner of my bathroom, closed the door so no one will see and ‘cry -prayed’.
I was crying and praying at the same time, in tongues mostly because I didn’t have the right words.
I spoke to God like he was right there on the bathroom floor with me. Oh! how so much that helped. I came out feeling stronger and ready to face the challenge. Of course, the fear didn’t all go away but what I had was good enough to war with.
Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the lord, O my soul: and all that is (deepest) within me, bless his holy name
- Psalm 103:1 (AMP)
You are a love being. Love formed you, little wonder why you seek to pour all that affection on someone and desire to be loved so much. Unfortunately, that lady, that guy whom you chose could not appreciate appreciate your love. They themselves having not been able to first discover, accept and maximize their own love nature.
A quick suggestion; Dare to bare all your emotions to Jesus, let him mould them. Dare to pour all your affectionate love on Jesus.
Gratefully praise him for loving you even before you knew your left from right, and as you pour your emotions all out to him, he will gradually empty it of hate, hurt, anger, un-forgiveness, pain and revive your true love self — his kind of love.

He’ll restore you. Overwhelm you with so much love that you’ll radiate love wherever you go. You will literally glow and shine brighter
He loves you sweetheart!
Make no mistake to trust your deepest emotions to mere man, some of them may turn back and use them against you.
Dare to bare your emotions to Jesus.
Forget not (one of) all his benefits Psalms 103:2(AMP)
It is absolutely impossible to remain sad, or feel unloved when you recount all the things he has been doing for you. Come to think of it, you remain alive (…that’s intentional), simply because he forgives (everyone of) all your iniquities.
Why not also forgive those who hurt you…take it that they do not know true love. Be sorry for them.
Be reminded that God heals (each one of) all your diseases, emotional trauma inclusive!
Dare to bare it all to Jesus. Let him heal and restore you.
