Mark, when I was bringing up my children we were outsiders in every way. And yet I taught them context: you are certainly entitled to your beliefs and to express them, but not in a workplace where diversity is a goal. Saying women may be biologically unsuited to be engineers is not an acceptable public belief. You wouldn’t want me to say you were biologically unsuited for something, would you?
