Writing down several things you are grateful for each day can help create happiness. I always try to talk happily with people. When I awake up early in the morning, I make grateful plan for whole day, Promise myself that i will be happy all day . Only a Grateful thinking can make you happy.
About a positive experience you’ve had recently for two minutes once a day. just think and analyse about your positive experienced. It will help to boost your positive thinking, you will feel proud with great enthusiasm.
Regular cardiovascular exercise is one of the best natural anti-depressants. You can also make your regular exercise a social experience by playing a sport, instead of walking alone. Golfing, playing basketball and bowling are examples. Daily at evening I do exercise for an hour, after that i really feel fresh and energized. Which help me to work in more efficient way.
With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. It often feels like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done. Our stress and tiredness make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated. Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind.
