Although, I can say that one-line paragraphs turn me off pretty quickly and I like a writer who can string together a few sentences to construct something with meaning.

I find the one-sentence paragraph to be a little like baby food after a while.

I do appreciate your point though. I think there is a balance between the two. I also think it depends what someone is writing about.
