Few organizations consider the emotional and economic impact of an Agile transition. The changes to the structure and the way of thinking can be so profound, it is impossible to prepare for. In fact, many organizations try to “go agile” many times.

I am sure someone out there has the average number of tries before “success” is declared. I have been party to several rounds of Agile Transitions. I wanted to take the time to write to a group of people who seem apathetic with the approach: the executives of the organization.
