I went here today. I was categorically not welcome. The start-ups working there (who were very nice) were genuinely baffled by the idea of someone turning up to use the “open space” this article suggests. Perhaps it is a great space to work in if you live in Tokyo? But it is definitely not a great space to visit if you’ve come to Tokyo.
