My BJJ Supplements

Supplement is really important for you especially if you are not as young as used to be. I know that there a lot of product people use to help them with their training, but for me below are what I usually take before and after training.

  1. Multi-vitamins
  2. Vitamin B
  3. Fish oil


I usually took multi-vitamin and vitamin B before training as vitamin B will help me convert food into energy. I do fill a lot more energy while I roll.


After training will take fish oil especially when I have sore muscle as fish oil is great for aching joints.
