Nitin’s Eggless Brownie Waffle Mix

The required equipment to prepare batter using one kg of the Nitin‘s mix:

  • A clean and dry mixing bowl or a container.
  • Electrical beater.
  • Measuring cylinder.
  • Waffle cone Baker.

The standard proportion for one kg of the dry mix:

  • 800 ML of water.
  • 100 gms of salted or melted butter.
  • Walnuts or pecan nuts (you can add any of your favourite or available nuts )

Notes to remember:

  • Always keep your prepared batter in a covered container at an ambient temperature.
  • Always preheat you are a waffle cone Baker.

Methods of preparation:

  • Grab one kg of Nitin‘s eggless brownie waffle dry mix In a mixing bowl.
  • Beat the dry mix with the help of an electric beater, you can beat the mix until you see no lumps.
  • Add 100 grams of melted butter to the mixing bowl
  • Slowly add 800 ml of water while you stir the batter
  • After adding water, continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to make a smooth, lump-free, and consistent batter.
  • Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for fermentation at an ambient temperature of 24 to 28°C
  • Poor ladle the fermented batter onto the preheated waffle baker and gently press the baker.
  • Bake it for about 4 to 5 mins at 180 to 200°C
  • After baking the waffle, take it out of the baker and cut the edges to make any shapes that you want.
  • You can add honey, strawberry ( any fruits ), vanilla or chocolate ice cream scoops, and chocolate syrup, or take Nitin‘s Stroop syrup and put it in hot water to make it runny and active, and then apply the syrup to the hot waffle.
