Self-improvement has been joined by the longevity movement as the popular movement of our time. Is seems at the moment, that the in-vogue suggestion is that human beings should live for 200 years or more. That is quasi immortality by my definition.

Self-help is an easy sell, and there is certainly an element of truth in the longevity movement, the inevitable successor. People should live the best, healthiest, happiest, most satisfying life possible. There will be no argument from here.
