Earlier this year, I was introduced to Neurocore (www.theneurocore.com) and their process and programming for recording your brain’s electrical activity. Through my experience, it helped me decrease stress and increase focus. A big part of the process relates to breathing exercises and getting coordination between your brain and lungs.

Between each visit, they asked if I was doing the same breathing exercises in-between visits, and I had tried to use some breathing apps that were available at the time, but most of those apps were focused on meditation. They were helpful, but not as helpful as the way Neurocore did it, so I decided to write my own app in the hope that it might be able to help others.
