This is one dedicated to pasta lovers. This recipe is made with chicken and vegetables as per your taste. Got a kid who wont eat veggies?? Had a tedious day at work and still have to cook dinner?? Craving something cheesy? Well, this dish is the perfect for all those questions. Before we jump into the recipe I want you to know that it is a dish that you make as per your taste and preference, so there is no right or wrong way!

First chop the veggies like broccoli, bell peppers, red onion, beans and carrots. Sweetcorn can also be added however I didnot add it. In a pan add some butter and let it melt on low flame. once the butter is melted add minced garlic, sautè for a minute and add chicken. let the chicken cook and then add vegetables of your choice. Sautè them for a couple of minutes and now add tomato sause. In another pot boil your spaghetti and cool it down. Once the chicken and vegeies are cooked in tomato sause add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Now add the boiled pasta and give it a good mix until the sause and pasta is completely mixedup. Let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the stove. Add cheese and give it a good mix until the cheese is melted into the pasta. Serve hot and add more cheese on top.

The good thing about this dish is that you can sneek in vegetables and it is really easy to make and hardly takes 30 minutes.

Tip: To make it more easier, chopped vegetables from the department stores which saves you atleast 10 mins of prep time. I would prefer using fresh veggies instead of store brougt or frozen.
