“I put the pro in procrastinating.” (⌐▀͡ ̯ʖ▀)
We all have been there. The time when a certain important work is assigned to us and we think “ah I’ll do it tomorrow or at that day” because we think we have a lot of time in front of us to complete that task but then things change slowly as the claws of despair and anxiety arise from the ten hells of panic monster to slash our souls apart to reward us with deep regret and depression.
(ᴗ ͜ʖ ᴗ) ahh aren’t we screwed ? Don’t worry!
Today I’m going to tell you about a technique that allows you to reduce procrastination while boosting your productivity to its finest quality! It’s an experiment I conducted recently known as “Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro”
I know this is weird phrase (o_o) but actually it refers to the following steps shown in the pic below:
After learning about this technique, I tried implementing it while learning an online course related to resume making. To be honest, It worked like a charm!
I divided my course into 4 sections and tried doing each of them under 25 minutes. Taking the 5 min break really helped me out in refreshing myself with some snacks. Initially it was hard for me to focus due to my tablet’s constant spamming of useless notifications so to eliminate that problem, I turned it off and put it to charging 😇 . Am I proud of myself or not? 😆😆😆
I really felt victorious while completing the whole course in less than 2 hours which was unexpected for me. 🔥
After seeing the unexpected productive results, I have decided to apply this technique to improve my productivity and make it more refined within my persona so that I can become successful in both personal and professional lives. The most important thing that matters in the end is the willpower and commitment. Don’t give in! Apply this technique and showcase your change to the world!
