Thank you for explaining your model so openly.
You mentioned that Basecamp is not a startup, but a stablished profitable enterprise. At what point do you think can a startups consider salary models such as this one? Most of them are struggling to get the necessary funding or growing fast enough to stay afloat, which normally prevents them from being able to offer pays on the top 5% of the market.
