The more I see of this manifesto story, the more the I see parallels between its discussion and discussions over topics like climate change. In particular, I see an issue with confusing fact and opinion. Differences of opinion can result in long, unresolvable rants from believers on all sides. Differences of perspective on fact are, in time, resolvable via the scientific process. Carefully develop a theory based on established information and logical evaluation. Test the theory by constructing experiments which can give clearly measurable observation. Evaluate the theory using the experimental observations. Rinse, repeat.

The reason Yonatan skipped over a long and drawn out discussion on point #1 was not because he was nervous about exposing a fragile ideology, but because those factual assertions over gender differences have already been put through the scientific many times over many years, with results that strongly agree. The agreement of the scientific community is that the gender differences asserted in the manifesto are just plain wrong.
