Spot Check -Changelly

At what point is it fair to call this a bait-and-switch?

I decided to check-in on Changelly, after receiving 9.75% less Bitcoin than quoted last time around. Changelly only provides estimates (coyly, IMO), unlike Shapeshift, who provides direct quotes.

I went to Changelly.com and it showed that .55629836 LTC would convert into .00895105 BTC ($22.47).

“YOU GET”

After hitting the Exchange button, the next screen also said that I would “GET” .00895105 BTC.

I hit the Next button and it’s on this 3rd confirmation page that I am subtly told that .00895105 BTC is the “estimated amount” that I will receive.

Written in the lightest text on the screen.

I made the payment and here’s what I received:

20% less!!! I received .00709361 BTC ($17.81).

Quote: .00895105 BTC ($22.47)

Actual: .00709361 BTC ($17.81)
