I remember the first time I ordered my ebook. It was a Yoga Guide book (I don’t remember the name). I packed it in brown paper, with an Amazon logo and my name on it.
Don’t ask the price. I bought a hardcover one. I was crazy about having a little library for myself back then.
But Amazon wasn’t only for physical products. I discovered ebooks only after using Amazon for almost 1 year. My wishlist was filled with dresses, mobile laptop accessories, earphones, Natural hair products, and so on. Seeing my wishlist you can say that I am crazy about footwear!
I am a little bit old school because I rejected the idea of reading a digital copy of my favorite books. But that didn’t stay much longer.

I mostly stick to non-fiction and romance/horror (Now I only write non-fiction.. preferences change over time.. :))

With Amazon’s Audible, I can not only create but also publish my audiobook using ACX. The process of creating audiobooks can be a little tricky. I’ll advise you to use ACX services for that. Fiverr is another place to go but make sure you see the Seller’s rating before hiring anyone.
3. Graphics and digital art
I heard about Amazon Merch when I wanted to start something related to POD. But alas, I got rejected from Amazon merch.
But if you are a graphic artist or photographer with new unique creative designs in mind, then I will advise you to sell your designs on Amazon Merch. By using this platform, your designs will be printed on T-shirts! That’s what POD is all about!
Just upload the design and once your design is selected by a customer, Amazon will create the physical product and you will make a royalty from that. One design and keep printing money!
4. Software and applications
I am sure you don’t know much about this. Because not many are aware that you can buy and sell even software on Amazon!
That’s the reason why we say you can buy ANYTHING on Amazon!
I like the fact that Amazon has a store where you can create and distribute your applications, software and games.
Not in only US. Or only in a few countries. But I can sell my tech-related products in more than 200 countries!

I have just signed up with an Amazon Developer account. It surely will take time to be approved. Once it’s done, I’ll get access to Amazon’s API.

But the question is how to do it exactly.
we all want this right? Whenever I start my new side hustle (I have 3 small side hustles making me consistent sales, while 2 are dead!) I always make sure to find the market.

Step 1 — Research — I use tools sometimes here. But that can be expensive. If you are a newbie, I won’t advise you to do so. Just go to the official website and use the Amazon search bar. You’ll get close to your best-selling product by searching on Amazon’s official website. I also use Google Trends to cross-check it. You can too. It’s easy to use and also free.
Step 2 — Content Creation and Feedback — I would recommend taking your time for content creation. So that you won’t have to review after you hit publish! Along with that.. if possible.. then do take feedback on your work. You may go to the niche community and ask manually or collect emails of readers interested and give them a time limit for the work. The last one has always worked for writers.
Step 3 — Publish — Now time to publish the product on Amazon. If its an ebook then use Amazon KDP and so on. Promote because even though you may have done very strong SEO you still need more eyes on your products. Never depend on one traffic source.
