How to increase engagement on your articles
There are no secrets
Answers are mostly in front of you, but the thing is that you are not paying enough attention to them.
So, you are new and wanted to know a way to have 100 followers soon, so that you may get into MPP or maybe you have some other monetization plan? Or simply you have crossed 100 and looking to reach more audience? So whichever reason it is, this article is for you.
I still remember the first time I made my account and didn’t know where to start. The right side was filled with Top Writers and the front page feeds were filled with great articles written by those who didn’t even cross their 100 mark.
So, how exactly to increase the number of followers on this platform?
Some do Follow4Follow to increase their followers. Some write what they have to, without thinking much about the outcome.
As you stay for a little longer, you’ll know that the first one doesn’t yield the desired results.
So, these are some tips that will help you to increase your followers. In reality, there is much more needed but being a starter, this is where you can start -
- Perfect title — Always have a clear title. Just as you buy the book by looking at its cover, this title will get the first impression to your readers. They will click if the title is exciting or helps them to solve a certain problem.
- Subtitle — Many don’t use it. I didn’t before but started using it recently. I have edited some previous posts as well and added relevant subtitles. Sometimes titles are not just enough. We need more than that.
- Edit — No problem with the short articles but make sure you edit the work well. No one wants to read an article with many typos. Maybe, your Grammar is not good, doesn’t matter. Just make sure your articles are readable.
What will help you to gain more views on your articles?
Just one word — Consistency.
I don’t think I have to talk any more than that. Not a low-quality but a decent article with practical solutions (whenever necessary).
The list can go on, but I’ll save it for some other time. But these three are what I am paying attention to most.
