Really eager to know how I should interpret this graph. It shows two metrics 1) Violent crimes rates and 2) police killings rate, but the title is “Mapping police violence”. That’s already insinuating. Furthermore, the two vertical axes differ with a factor of thousand — The graph is a weak attempt to show some relation. You could even “conclude” that when police kill people more often, there is less death by violence.

This graph leads to more questions instead of answering them.
