How HCL Lucknow and HCL Madurai are Boosting Graduate Employment?

Currently India is facing a grave problem of non-employability in the IT sector, which is a growing concern. One of the reasons for this is the unstable education system in most colleges. India produces engineers and graduates by the thousands every year. However, when it comes to corporate employment, many fall short of the required skills and talent. Most colleges churn out graduates like factories who lack hands-on or practical knowledge and expertise. Recruiting experts say that there is quite a remarkable skill gap across industries due to the wobbly and inconsistent education process that prevail in the country. There is a big difference between the education imparted in institutions to students and the high expectations that they face in a real life competitive job environment. Therefore, to reduce the unemployment rates, people should be encouraged to opt for skill-based education and training.

To boost employment and up-skill fresh graduates and engineers, HCL has launched a new division, whose aim is to train and provide job assurance to these youngsters.
