Every issue looks like a management issue, not a Rick issue. Somewhere along the way, colaborative processes were abandoned, management failed to properly delegate or divide responsibility, or rein in what was apparently a brilliant and valuable, but tempermental resource.

Sure, you can look back and blame every shortcoming on Rick, but it took some pretty shitty management to create this clusterfark in the first place.

Hopefully Rick ends up with a manager who knows how to keep a project from running off the rails, and knows how extract real value from the Ricks of the world.

BTW, Mr Einstein was a pain in the ass to work with too.
