Here’s a good counterpoint to the DOJ Baltimore report. One big question it brings up is why does the DOJ ignore crime rates in high crime areas when making these determinations? In their report, they assert racism in some cases based on very broad surveys of large geographical areas, rates that bear no resemblance to what’s actually going on in Baltimore.
