It’s far worse than that. The knowledge workers are dramatically limiting the future of physical workers, and displacing the majority of them with machines.

In addition, knowledge workers have moved away from helping physical workers inprove productivity, and are now actively seeking to do away with them and their jobs, while offering only an enhanced social safety net which ignores the psychological value of work. All that as a salve to their own guilt for living quite well by destroying the lives of millions. Progressives care so much for the uneducated working classes their presidential candidate can label those people a basket of deplorables, clinging to their bibles and their guns, who aren’t driving the bus any more and should ride in the back.

So what policies do progressives push? Higher taxes on job creators. Higher levels of regulation only the biggest companies can afford to follow. Wage policies that make it unaffordable to hire entry level workers. Development policies which make homes addordable only for the elite. Energy policies guaranteed to force working families to cut sometjinf from tjeir budget to pay their electric bill. Mercenary police departments which prey on those too busy working or too poor to fight nickel and dime fines by the boatload. And a justice system which quickly imprisons the little guy while elites commit felonies with impunity.

My what a wonderful world, for our privileged knowledge workers who write the rules, and earn their livings on the backs of those they call deplorable.
