Most on the right believe Obama’s mishandling of ISIS/ISIL/Daash, referring to them as the JV team and saying they were on the run the day before the Paris attacks has contributed to the growth of radicalism. In addition, Hillary’s insistence on toppling Qaddafi in Libya has led to a failed state and also strengthened ISIS. The icing on the cake was Obama’s payment of $400,000,000 in untraceable cash to the government of Iran, the world’s undisputed leader in state sponsored terrorism. Obviously Obama didn’t found ISIS, but his incompetence has certainly helped them.
