It would also have been nice if you had bothered to let us know about the change before I had to spend extra moments in my phone searching for your app after you changed the icon without bothering to tell us.
In fact, your level of communications and transparency has dropped dramatically since you adopted a subscription model.
It’s almost as if now that you have a steady supply of our money, your focus is no longer about satisfying us as users, but all about watching and protecting that revenue stream.
Sadly I cannot detect any change since the initiation of subscriptions that has been positive for users. The content hasn’t improved or grown larger. I don’t see writers with higher profiles. I don’t see greater usability or navigation. All I do see is less money in my bank account.
Please, please get back on track. We all want the very best for you, but we expect it from you as well.
