Dua Lipa heading to KL for a one-night show on Nov 23

British-Albanian singer Dua Lipa will be embarking on a world tour in support of the release of her new album, Radical Optimism. And she’s bringing her tour to Kuala Lumpur on Nov 23.

KL is part of her stop in Asia which also includes Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Tokyo, Taipei, Bangkok and Seoul.

The three-time Grammy winner always knew she wanted a career in music. So, at 15, Lipa convinced her parents to let her move from Kosovo to London so that she can chase her dream to be a singer.

In 2017, Lipa released her debut album that featured memorable hits such as New Rules and One Kiss. Then in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, Lipa gave us Future Nostalgia, an album jam-packed with ear-worms such as Physical, Don’t Start Now and Levitating.

Earlier this month, the 28-year-old released Radical Optimism, which shot to №1 in 11 countries.

Like her previous two albums, this one also features club bangers such as Houdini, Illusion and Training Season.

“Dance music has such a long history of creating such a safe space. And I just want to embody that,” she said in an interview with AP about her new album.

Ticket prices for Lipa’s KL show have not been revealed. Pre-sale begins at 11am on June 10 while general sale starts 11am the following day. More details at golive-asia.com.
