I’ve read so many fitness books and magazine articles that recommends for skinless or lean cuts of chicken. The truth is that the skin of the chicken is good for you. The fat in it is healthy. Of course, it is best to buy chicken that are not fed GMOs, because that is really bad for the chickens and also the for humans who eat them.
