The endocrine system is very underestimated in modern medicine. Many health problems often have their roots in malfunction or malnourishment of endocrine organs. While scientists always look to the brain for answers, they may be looking in the wrong places. The brain may be the conductor, but the endocrine organs are the players. If the players are injured or malnourished, then the music will sound horrible, no matter how much you blame the conductor.
