Directions for use:

Adults: For the relief of stress, muscle cramps and spasms, premenstrual symptoms and cellular energy metabolism: Take 1 tablet three times daily.

For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily. Or take as directed by a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
