Why Alcohol Causes So Much Social Problems

Alcohol can cause many social problems, because it disables normal brain function. Some people hurt others more when they are under the influence of alcohol. Those people should really not be drinking any alcohol at all. As long as society makes excuses for these people to drink alcohol, then domestic violence and problems occur.
