I am obsessed with having good health without any medicine. I believe that good nutrition and exercise are key to achieving good health. Most medical problems can be managed with good nutrition and exercise. I am not a medical professional, just a layman who is passionate about having good health. For exercise, I try to run 6.1 miles every other day. Last year 2020, I ran 754 miles so effectively it came to about 14.5 miles per week. That is not too much, neither it is too little. I am vegetarian (nearly vegan). I am an avid reader.
