Accountability Partner

In this day and age many people tend to be overwhelmed with their schedules. Whether it is family, work, school or other activities we seem to be moving faster and faster. The downside to all this business is that it tends to zap our energy, take focus away from relationships, and can cause a healthy lifestyle to slide into a lethargic state.

There are many things you can do to help take back your schedule and your sanity for that matter. My tip today is to find an accountability partner for the area(s) in life you want to focus on improving. Your accountability partner could be your spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend, parent, good friend, or someone such as a mentor.

  • If you have fitness goals you want to achieve then finding a workout partner is monumental in helping you succeed. It is easy to get up for a workout early in the morning if you are meeting a friend or your trainer at the gym.
  • If you want to achieve financial goals you can do financial goals with your accountability partner or work with a financial advisor.
  • If you are a student then having a study buddy or even a tutor can help tremendously.

Having accountability partners make sticking to goals easier and also more rewarding when goals are hit. If you hit a goal that you only know about you can pat yourself on the back, but if you hit a goal with your partner then you can do a leaping high-five. If you currently do not have an accountability partner, in a specific area of your life, seek one out through family or a friend.

Keep chasing health and working to build wealth my friends.
