Digital Innovation team at @Bayer Announces CloudAspirin Experiment

In a showcase event in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, Bayer’s Digital innovation team today demonstrated CloudAspirin. CloudAspirin is a service to 3-D print Aspirin in the cloud, and deliver to trans-continental/inter-continental flights via state-of-the-art drone technology.

This service serves two functions: promote heart-health and reduces headaches for passengers on the planes. Bayer’s VP of Cloud Services, Dr. Yuwon Rainier, says: “this is a great opportunity for us to make an impact by repurposing the salicylic acid in the clouds to deliver in real-time, life-saving medicine to those passengers who have, due to tightening airline baggage rules, been unable to pack their essentials”
