I couldn’t agree more.

In fact, it sounds like this guy is making the argument that because he (apparently) doesn’t have an “above average” income, the merits of being thoughtful about spending are somehow irrelevant.

I’m not a rocket scientist, but I’m pretty sure that having less money means needing to be even more careful about spending choices. (If not, I’ll have whatever the article author is drinking.)
