Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1.Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
3.Garlic Infused Oil:
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
4.Coating Mixture:
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, smoked paprika, and a bit more salt and pepper to taste.
5.Coat the Chicken:
- Brush each chicken breast with the garlic-infused olive oil.
- Dip each breast into the Parmesan mixture, pressing the coating onto both sides to adhere.
6.Bake:
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
7.Garnish and Serve:
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
8.Serve with Vegetables:
- Pair this delicious chicken with your favorite keto-friendly vegetables like roasted broccoli, asparagus, or a side salad.
