The third type of belly is the “rectangle” shape, which is characterized by an evenly proportioned midsection. People with this type of belly tend to carry their weight evenly throughout their body and have a low risk of developing health complications. To determine if this is your belly type, stand in front of a mirror and note if your waist, hips, and belly are all evenly proportioned.
