1 Cup-Dark Chocolate
1 Cup-Amol Fresh Cream
1 Put cream in Pan and hot cram until its starts bubbling and then remove from the flame and now pour the cream on chocolate let keep aside for 1–2 minutes until the chocolate become soft now mix it constantly and it is ready after cooling 10 minutes you can use chocolate ganache on cake like glaze icing or frosting to cake
