One step for you may be to set aside just 5 minutes per day to be still and quiet. Those moments of peace can do wonders, especially when practiced everyday. Maybe your step is to practice deep breathing for 10 breaths everyday- this improves circulation and relaxation. Whatever your step may be, know that it is bringing you closer and closer to your goals. You may not achieve your ultimate health goals overnight, but having trackable and planned steps to follow each day can get you the body and mind you want. Rather than seeing how much further you need to go, look at how far you’ve come! Focus on each day’s steps, and your goals will be met.
