Yes! The implicit suggestion here is that having a baby ruins our bodies, making us so undesirable with the changes it brings. We are no longer sexy or beautiful because along with “losing” our looks, we somehow lose all agency, all talents and skills, and all personality. Our idea of compliments are so messed up!
