Thank U 4 this beautiful insight, on this Beautiful Man. When I first bought this CD, I cried so much, because I felt Prince was saying goodbye to this place we all called Earth. My friend was making fun of me, saying “woman U always over analyze your music way 2 much,. Give it a rest.” But I have adored Prince since I was a very young girl, I’ve been 2 several of his concerts, and hand that pleasure of meting him on occasions. Prince always had a message 2 all of his work, and 2 me this was his Swan Song. And when the News of his passing, was announced, I was beside myself, and 1 of the first thing that entered my mind was Art Official Age, and how the feelings I had felt a few years ago came to a circle of overwhelming sadness. I whispered 2 myself (I knew it, I just did not want 2 believe it) :( So here I am 2plus years later, mourning the loss of a friend, I meet back in the late 70’s and will hold dear 2 my heart all that he meant, not only 2 me, but the entire world. So again, I want 2 thank U 4 this wonderful, and heartfelt attical. I do believe, Baby Boy, would have enjoyed reading all of the insight that U put pen & paper 2.
