The great thing is, any fan can be a produser. Fans can create fanfictions to reshape scenes in their preferred form. The only limit for these creators is their imagination. I can understand why fans would prefer the original media to shape the story to the way they hoped, but since some fanfics have thousands of readers, they are not an uncommon alternative. Perhaps someone has already rewritten the Game of Thrones plot the way you’d like to see it!
