Good. At least you feel something and you’re not a mindless robot, I hope.
I have just heard it so many times, it’s starting to offend me.
This guy came to my page and said that employers would look at my pages and see if there were any F Bombs, etc. before hiring me, which I know already. He pointed out that my page was loaded with them. --Which, it is.— I do swear. A lot.
People always say they are offended by gay people, or any other religion aside from their own, or a different political stance than them. People say they’re offended by music with horrendous lyrics or strip clubs or any such thing that doesn’t fall within their moral compass. So, therefore, we — the other people who are not offended by any such thing should therefore refrain from those things, because THEY ARE OFFENDED!!
People say they’re offended by this, and that, and God help me but there are so many petty things out there that people get offended by, I often wonder why they stay living in the USA?- The freedom of speech and expression, people, is the First Amendment— it’s first for a reason!
They have the right to tell us how offended they are, and we have the right to tell them we have the right to do it and offend them! IT’S BRILLIANT!
Here’s a great idea, if something offends you, do not partake in it. I know it sounds really fucking simple but it is. If you do not like gay folks, then don’t hang out with them. If you do not like rap music then turn the radio off when they come on! If you dislike terrible drivers then don’t be one! If you dislike a TV program, tell you what, stop watching it! Save yourself now, from becoming offended and crying about it to people who aren’t!
And not that anyone gives a shit, but I do have some things that offend me and they might be petty too.- Don’t judge.
People who constantly say they’re offended by shit that doesn’t even pertain to them.
People who let their dogs take shits on the main roads and don’t even pick it up. Really? —
Lying politicians who take our money and don’t even do what we want them to do, that’s offensive.
People who preach their religion, uninvited.
Companies that get huge tax breaks for absolutely no reason other than a fucked up tax code.
People who jaywalk and then give you dirty looks because you didn’t see them there. I know there are crosswalks for a reason….
Rape, murder, corruption, lying, stealing,animal abuse,--just being a total fucking asshole, is what offends me. So, if you are a total fucking asshat, then I might find you offensive.
YES WE CAN BE OFFENDED,- however what I do, is try to stay away from that activity or behavior that I find offensive, and just be a better person overall.
Yes, there are shitty things in life but we have to move on, and try to just be better human beings- and if someone wants to dance around in a tutu and sing about his penis, that’s great. :D
If someone wants to build a dildo factory or dance with snakes in their gospel service, good!— That is what we are here to do!
We are here to pursue our happiness….as long as it does not hurt or affect another individual it’s quite frankly none of our business.
It offends me that so many people are ‘offended’.
Like the world revolves around them?
How can you live in a supposedly ‘free society’ and be offended by people using their freedom? That’s offensive!
