Also, I’ve been searching for information on what is actually going on biologically during this adaptation phase and I haven’t found much of any clear information. There seem to be a lot of vague statements like “pathways for fat oxidation are unregulated.” Do you know of any clear sources of information that explain in more detail what exactly is going on in the body during adaptation?
