I’ve been working on the principle of “Don’t make Life Plans, Cultivate Opportunity” for some time, now, because every time I’ve made life plans over the last twenty years, something has happened a short time in to blow them out of the water. But cultivating opportunity, watching for it, taking advantage when it appears, and continuing to work on what I love in the meantime, that’s how I’ve actually accomplished things I’m proud of.
