Planning a big barbecue this summer?

I don’t want to jinx it, but we seem to be entering a period of relatively consistent good weather!

We’ve had lots of big orders in for barbecues recently, so thought it would be a good time to introduce some big barbecue packs and remind people we can supply whole animals for even bigger parties.

Big barbecue packs

We like to price fairly. A lot of the cost of ready-to-go barbecue products is in the time it takes us to make them. However, as it takes us pretty much the same amount of time to make, for example, 100 sausages as it does 150, we can pass on the economies of scale in staffing and offer some excellent value barbecue packs.

This summer, for £50 you can get…

· 25 jerk chicken drumsticks
· 25 lamb kofte kebabs
· 25 Ladywell sausages

And for £100, you can get…

· 25 jerk chicken drumsticks
· 25 lamb kofte kebabs
· 25 Ladywell sausages
· 25 of our sausage of the week
· 25 beef burgers

Hog and lamb roasts

As you might remember, we had our first hog roast leave for its party in style — strapped on the back of a convertible!

If you’re planning a big party, and want an economical and delicious way to feed everyone, hog roasts are a brilliant option. Lamb, although pricier, is also a good option for smaller parties.

We can offer whole traditional-breed pigs for £4 per kg and whole traditional-breed lambs and mutton for £7 per kg. A 50kg pig will feed around 100 people with ease.
